excellent access to attractions and parks for weekend explorers

I really appreciated the clean rooms and great breakfast options , and the hotel's central location made it so easy to walk to nearby spots like ambrose a call state park and the kossuth county museum.

The property was clean top to bottom, the location was perfect. The mattress were amazing. I had a small issue with my Xboxone & the TV but Seth had it fixed within 10 minutes. The Internet was very fast, We will definitely be staying there again.

I had a small hick up with an employee upon check in but other then that the entire stay was EXCELLENT.

The staff were excellent and amicable hole time of my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with personal whirlpools, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The rate was me$ 140.

Had a lovely time with clean rooms and a comfy bed. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and it’s great that it's open until midnight. Just wish the breakfast area had a bit more seating for busy mornings! 😊

The hotel was quiet and incredibly beautiful, with favourable location in the middle of jackson. Location: the venue was just next door to Algona, Iowa as well as a fitness center. I tried some drinks at pub Pottsie's Pub & Grill, located 5 minutes walk away...

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff promptly moved us to a clean room after an initial oversight. The breakfast had a good variety, but the seating area was cramped during peak times. We enjoyed some delicious pies from a nearby shop. The towels were often insufficient in the pool area, and our room had an odd smell that could have been more pleasant.

Check-in went smoothly, but the room had an odd smell. The staff quickly moved me to a different room that was much cleaner and fresher. The pool area was open until midnight, perfect for late-night swims. Breakfast had a decent selection, though seating was a bit limited during busy times. I enjoyed the evening snacks, especially the pizza served at the bar in the breakfast room. The location is super convenient, with a Hy-Vee nearby for any essentials. Unfortunately, they could use more towels at the pool as they ran out quickly. I had a pleasant stay with a few minor inconveniences.

I enjoyed my time at the hotel. The staff provided two adjoining rooms for my parents and me. We had a chance to take the kids to the pool before bedtime. The breakfast had plenty of options, great for everyone's tastes. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy.

A couple of areas needed some improvement, like the pool towels-often insufficient for all the guests. The room had some odd smells, specifically lingering food odors, which detracted slightly from the comfort .

Awesome place with great amenities like free wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and tv. I remember during my first stay, the staff helped me return documents I accidentally left. I highly recommend utilizing the 24-hour reception for any needs!

This place's perfect location near stores, restaurants, a fitness center, and the police station made it so convenient, and the friendly staff made check-in a breeze.
